Item was as describe, shipped fast, arrived very nicely packed, however the sizes are very small, had to return several for larger sizes we bought for company employees one lady wears a small and had to go to a med. two guys that wears XL had to get 3XL. very nice jackets

shipping was fine as far as accuracy with being really warm and doesn't get very warm at all

only negative thing was the shipping time but believe that was a Fed X problem
