needs to properly list items for sale instead of saying they are selling a case if twelve, quantity 1 because in the english language, this means 1, 12 pack; not 1 pack out of 12. i might increase review after seller gets back to me. im so very upset. the listing said 1 pack from a case of 12, i wouldn't be so upset if it had been worded correctly, but it said - case of 12; quantity:1 that has a very different meaning than 1 pack out of a case of 12.

The product came in very bad shape. Box completely broken and items inside open. Seems like someone else returned the item and you gave the item to me. Not happy at all. I cannot give this as a present for Christmas like that.
