We ordered this TV about 10 days ago and it arrived promptly. However, after installing it, we noticed there was a defect in the top right corner. We were able to return it easily (they provided several options). After the return we ordered a new device. It also arrived promptly and in perfect condition.

the delivery and set up went fast and the guys were very professional. they did make one scratch on the floor but the washer and dryer was a tight fit, they were just a little bit bigger than I though they would be. both the washer and dryer work very well but are not very quiet. for the price and the load capacity i am happy with them

Their communication is terrible. They take weeks to reply to emails, sometimes they don’t even respond, and when they do, their answers never provide a real solution to the problem.

Trying to communicate with the seller is very difficult; Not good service at all. Purchased a very expensive Speed Queen washing machine. Arrived- can't use. Broken/ needs repair service already! Trying to get someone out to repair it or exchange it or pick up and receive a refund is crazy difficult. Nobody wants to do anything it appears! Poor service. Service folks came out and looked at washing machine. Said they would get back to us. Said someone else makes further decisions regarding the next step, repair or exchange or money back.....and they left.
