The company is the one to reach out to they are on it 100% so email them directly or if Walmart is doing it request the company to contact. Company is amazing!!!! Don't count on the wearhouse it comes from to have the correct shipping information or to give the right location feedback. It's not reliable like the company who takes and gets you the order.
