severe damage on shipment, waiting for response, cant assemble 700. dollars down the drain, don't buy their sheds

I am attempting to return the item and they are giving me a really hard time. I have been doing this for a week and they refused to send return instructions via email..

uncomfortable I don't recommend it. You can't sit and relax there. It's just for show.

Seller disregards customer concerns. Seller would not accept a return on poor quality product. Would not recommend to anyone.

This seller is horrible. They have refused to refund my purchase after discovering the color of the bar stools did not match my decor. There is no phone number provided to contact them so the only method of communication is via email. The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had and Walmart did little to assist me in this matter. I wasn’t even able to file a complaint with the BBB because Tabaray is located in China.

Deliberate fraud. Item was comically undersized (child furniture sold as an "oversized" recliner. Not only avoided contact, told walmart they had contacted when they didn't. Fraudulent. Avoid at all costs.

Son pocos responsables, no les importa resolver tu problema. Solo vender .
