every thing was in a timely manner. how ever there were no instructions as to correct placement on shoes, and there were no straps over the instep to help them from coming off in heavy use.

Biggest problem is they sent the unit withOUT the instructions in any form. I could go to the walmart sales page for the unit and they have some pictures that would let one assemble it. But bad to have no instructions in the box.
