the phone doesn't work i have been trying to get in touch with them with no luck i just want to return it and get a refund because i had to get another phone. but they won't answer or reply to .y emails

i bought a phone and nowhere on the listing did it say preused or refurbished. but all of their phones are. they should not be allowed to sell phones at way more than theyre worth while lying to people about whay theyre getting. just crappy service in all. thankfully i contacted walmart themselves and got some money back that i overpaid for what i recieved. GO ANYWHERE ELSE OTHER THAN THROUGH THESE SELLERS! ITS A SCAM

They explained to me the phone was renewed not new. I was told it has a one year warrenty...crossing my fingers. I was dissappointed that it wasn't a new phone as advertised. Don't always believe what you read.

Seller only sent 1 phone when I ordered 2. Would not respond to any forms of contact. Bogus phone number. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would.

I received a used phone with a big scratch on the screen. If I wanted a used phone they were available for $150 less elsewhere. No where in the description did they say this was a used phone. I really feel ripped off. I'll be returning tomorrow, but I've sure wasted a lot of time on this nonsense and now I still need a phone. BUYER BEWARE they sell used, scratched up phones here.
