The purchase went well, price was competitive and item arrived quickly. Only problem was that it wasn't the same as in the picture. I thought that I was getting same as in photo but it was apparently a newer version and took a little more work to install. I just needed the door only but had to replace the whole assembly because there is no flange- the door is larger and covers the whole footprint. Seller needs to update photos. Otherwise it looks good and works.

Product was exactly 💯 what I wanted and works great for a kick jack. Only complaint was the seller requested signature and with my work schedule and several failed attempts I almost didnt get it. I tried to request an pre Electronic signature and it wouldnt let me. Definitely a pain in the @ ss ! If you order one be sure youre home and dont trust eta of ups , they came way earlier than their scheduled ETA
