They said to get a hold of Walmart, Walmart said to get a hold of them. They said that they couldn't refund my purchase, because it was already delivered, when I never received it. Some how the address got switched from the correct to a tad different. Basically whomever received it, received it for absolutely FREE! It was never returned or anything.

I’m giving 3stars because the tachometer had been taken out of box and had grease fingerprints allover. Even the instruction papers had fingerprints allover. Part is installed and working ok , but when you buy something new you dont expect to find it was used!
