My item never came in the mail. I’m not sure if Kellen took my order or if they didn’t deliver to the right place. I called the 1800 number and they were extremely rude to me and placed me on hold when I asked to speak to the manager for over an hour. Now I don’t get my money back or my item. I’m extremly unsatisfied and will not order again.
