Product needs to b in MARKED BOX: THIS SIDE UP!!! w ARROWS. Shipping companies toss, throw, drop, whatever, w pkgs. Merchant should do better job w packaging. I applaud plastic wrap around product to contain MESS. BUT TOTAL LOSS.😮‍💨

I think the seller may either be fake or playing games. This delivered to a PO Box in Florida, but there is literally no tracking information whatsoever. It just stated delivered somewhere in Florida and I live on the opposite side of the US.
