sent me the wrong thing. I ordered 39 gal sent me 30 gal. didn't want any stars

Prompt and well packaged for the rain we had. Product was safe and dry. I’m pleased.

Did not receive item order and still trying to reach seller. Have been billed for item but no item.

Sent wrong item and when contacted wanted to issue a 50% refund and asked if I wanted to keep the item. It's the wrong item...full refund. Some companies just are terrible at customer service.

total package scam company. i have reported to walmart. wont send me what i ordered sent other items under different people names (no first name). contact seller and tried to cancel order. they said package was delivered and i said it still shows preparing. they will not refund since they sent me bogus packages.

They are running a full blown scam. I went down a rabbit hole researching them and trust me, they are career scammers. Do not buy from them. They will not send the item to you. They will ship something else to a different address and make it look like it was Fedex's fault. They are using a fake address and a fake business with a whole fake website and fake people behind it etc. I attempted to get Walmart to do something about it but all they want to do is refund me, they won't stop this seller. Of course, they will eventually close shop and reopen under a new name, because they are professional scammers. But I will do my best to get the word out and hopefully save some of you.

Best if you could go to the store and pick this up then you can choose a box that is perfect.

They stole my money and did not provide me with the item that i ordered and did not refund my money or provide any way to rectify the order.

I never received my item. It was delivered to a place over 1,600 miles away and now they won't respond to my emails
