They run small - I ordered a XXL for my son. He was not able to get them up over his thigh. My husband is an XL and he could not wear them either. Brother who was a Large ended up with them.

Item is not true to size. Ordered husband’s current size, checked the seller’s size chart to make sure, and when it arrived it appears to be two sizes smaller than marked. Not worth the hassle of returning, so hoping it will fit brother-in-law.

You need to contact me regarding the item that arrived with no battery pack. How can you heat a jacket with no pack, I have reached out 3 times with no response at all, very unhappy and need help resolving this issue.

Item got here in good time. But the dress is very wide. Doesn’t quite match the picture in size, so that was disappointing.

Like I said, it is kinda flimsy, especially the zipper and looks cheap.
