I contacted them to let them know that they sent me the wrong item. And that even the wrong item was badly damaged. They told me to have FedEx take care of it. They never mentioned anything about sending me the item that I paid for. All I want is the item that I paid for. They were award-winning caramels with Celtic salt. This company is not taking any accountability for the fact that they sent me the wrong product instead, they are focusing on the fact that the wrong product was damaged upon arrival that has nothing to do with me not receiving the correct product that I paid $25 so they stole my money and tried to blame their mistake on a totally different company that had nothing to do with them sending me the wrong product. They are scam artists and thieves.
