Received in a timely manner and was well packaged to prevent breakage.

Shipping and handling were great. The lights come fully assembled except for the hanging bracket. The listing should state that the lights are not bright and should not be expected for use to illuminate a space but are instead better described as "decorative."

Not received, still delayed, provided fake tracking information, seller appears to not be willing to provide any updates/information about my order or where it is.

I already mentioned that it needs a little strong wind to make it spin.

Arrived as promised, undamaged, and cuter than the picture.
