I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from the owner of the company us Carbed. Murat was extremely knowledgeable and was very nice. He resolved a problem that happened on Walmarts website . He also texted me to make sure everything went smoothly. Didn’t get annoyed when I called with questions . Murat is a wonderful businessman he sent a beautiful bedding set for the I convinced with the order . I’m very pleased with the service and product . Looking forward in future purchases . Thank you

We didn’t open the crate until a few months late bc of we weren’t as far along in a renovation as I expected. When we did, the hardware was missing. But, fortunately, the supervisor for customer service at Walmart (not original agent she said too late and I had to ask for supervisor) got in touch with company to request the hardware. Impressively, the owner of the company called and emailed me directly and asked me exactly what was missing and shipped it to me fast (like within 2 days)! He also gave us a free gift of giant car stickers. The kids love the bed!! Super cool! It seems to be very sturdy and good quality. The video instructions were putting it together was super easy to follow. One tip, it’s a little tough to attach the plastic wheels because the screw doesn’t quite reach to catch the threads on some of the wheels… But if you push in the middle, the plastic bends a little to catch, and if you use a drill to screw it in, it works well having enough for force to push the screw and catch the threads. . They ship everything in a crate to avoid ripped boxes and shipping. Good purchase and good price for what we got.

My child loves it. Comes in a wooden box. Very cool

TERRIBLE experience with this seller. Murat was shockingly rude and shouldn't be allowed to handle customer concerns. Mattress was never shipped with the order as stated. I therefore had to go out and purchase a mattress in time for my child's birthday. Logically, at the least, a refund was due for my time and the amount I paid for the new mattress, right? Nope. Was told to disassemble, repackage, and return the bed instead. Had to file a claim with my credit card company, who quickly honored the legitimate credit. Still in shock on the lack of accountability and ethics by Asian Trading Inc...
