Parts were missing, screws were absent, and the legs of the item were weak, offering limited stability. Additionally, assembling the item required two people. I purchased the item on April 25th and returned it to a local Walmart store on May 8th, where it was inspected and accepted. However, as of today, June 14th, 2025, I have not yet received the refund. Despite spending over five 30-minute conversations with customer service, I have only been met with excuses. One claim was that my bank refused the refund, while another alleged that the seller declined to return the funds. This situation is frustrating and unacceptable. If the seller is not to blame, it is unfortunate that they may suffer a poor review due to these unresolved issues. i will be sharing this review on trust pilot, google, yelp and other sites.

Order was send out promptly, shipping was was on schedule, and everything arrived packaged adequately. Since I shipped to Alaska, there was a slight shipping surcharge, but the amount seemed reasonable and I was appreciative that instead of not offering any shipping to Alaska, there was the option of shipping with a surcharge.
