The seller did not contact me concerning the paper towels that arrived in its original plastic covering rather than in a box. The paper towels are all dirty because the plastic was damaged from shipping and handling and the paper towels are not usable.

Very deceptive with descriptions of item online through Walmart. The printing paper reads, " 500 sheets/Ream 5 Reams/Carton. I was led to believe that this was a 5 Ream purchase when it was only one Ream. The paper came with the outer package torn and top sheet smudged. Although the product was not as described, the shipping was fast and the retailer had fast response when I notified there was a problem. They were quick to refund my account also without a snag. I don't know if I would purchase from again because I needed the paper within an expected weeks time.
