The control knob was well-made and was obviously designed for a Samsung washer. But even though I supplied my exact model of washer, the one that was sent did not fit my model, hence the poor rating. On the plus side, the overseas shipping was faster than I expected.

Never received part even though it states it was delivered. However I see it was delivered to a locker parcel not my address 3 days ago. I need the part. Can you tell me where it is so I can pick it up? Walmart chat and phone call as well as USPS were not helpful.
