Sent the wrong product and was not willing to own up to their mistake and send the correct items. They said I would have to pay to ship the wrong items back.

No issues with delivery. Bags were smaller than I expected but still usable so I chose to keep them

if you are having trouble with back pain and you are top heavy, I would give this bra a try. I am super happy with this bra. I am able to do more outdoor yard work much longer periods of time without having the back pain that I deal on a daily. very happy..I am not pain free, but less pain....
