Kinda disappointed to be honest. Funk pop came in a big box, but was not packed in the standard small Funko pop box they usually come in. With this said, upon receiving %26 inspecting noticed there was damaged on a top corner with a slight tear. Unacceptable. I'm a collector %26 my expectation is pristine mint. For higher priced funko pops this is definitely the expectation. Thankyou

Hello anonymous! I sent a large order of these metal gear funko's into walmart fulfillment, walmart then ships and disperse these items into their warehouses and ships them accordingly depending on orders location to offer the 2day shipping, these units were pristine when they were shipped so it's possible they have been scuffed or may not be pristine upon arrival, i recommend if this happens when you get that 2day shipping that walmart services provide, just return and ask for a replacement, wouldnt be much of a issue to me at all if i get the return and you get a pristine box, apologies that this has happened, but sometimes when you get that 2day shipping, some of these items stored may get a little scuff transferring from warehouse to warehouse, hopes this helps.

I think it arrived a day early. There was a tiny scratch on the box that made it seem like it had been open before, but I don't care. All the parts are there and undamaged from what I can tell. refunds are important for consumers. I wouldn't mind getting a item that had been opened and it could be a factory mistake for all I know.

Hello Sue! This item was sent into Walmarts warehouse, I shipped them brand new, undamaged and unopened to walmart fulfillment centers, and they do the shipping on their end to where it needs to go after purchases, somewhere and sometimes they can get dinged, or knicked in the warehouses, or someone dropping them during handling, hope this helps, but nothing was opened when I shipped them to walmart, but perhaps accidently it might of got knicked during the whole shipping process. thank you

Apologies, I shipped all the gambits to Walmart fulfillment centers, brand new, and unopened, I would never ship or switch any products that my customers purchase, we stand with quality and assurance when it comes to packing, and shipping products, it may have gotten damaged in the fulfilment warehouse by accident, and in that case, you ask for a return and they ship you another, hope this helps.
