I tried to return a rather large item that was damaged from this seller. Even though I started the return within the proper time limits, the return never happened due to no fault of my own. When I called Walmart once again, they said this seller would not take responsibility for the return because it is now out of their return window. I still have the large damaged item in the middle of my living room and I do not have my refund either.
