I love the phone case. However, it did not come with the screen protector as advertised and now the screws have come loose and are lost. I am trying to find replacements with no success.

Arrived well packaged and quality is better than I expected.

I received it sooner than originally expected. Communications were good.

Seller shipped me a used, damaged phone case that was inexcusable worse shape than the one I was replacing. I’d avoid this vendor.

I purchased this for my niece for Christmas and being that packages are hectic during the holidays and things so happen. Unfortunately the package was delivered but I didn’t receive it. So I contacted the seller and they gladly refunded me my money. I also went ahead and reordered it again but had it sent directly to my nieces home so that she wouldn’t have any issues getting it. I have to say it came early and my niece was stress free and extremely happy with her iPad case! I highly recommend this seller!

BEWARE OF THE SELLER .. Buyers always win. I bought a luggage with these seller, 28" A week later when the delivery was a close, He contact me offering me a refund, Because the product was wrong, when I asked what was wrong the color etc, I was informed that he sent a wrong item, But today that I was supposed to get the luggage, I was informed that I got a Refund,. The price original was purchased for $19 and Now is $88 , I lost my time, I lost my luggage for someone that made a mistake and neither walmart help to protect costumers from liers. If he contact me and told me about the wrong price after 24-48 hrs , I will understand but Contact me before a few days from delivery is not only irresponsible but a liar.

Do NOT buy from SaniMore! I returned this item in un-opeded bag inside the bubble mailer, condition. Tracking never showed up - waiting 10 days is fair in my opinion, despite having a tracking number. Walmart Social Media Help, and Walmart Customer Service honored the return since the 3rd party retailer refused to after five emails. Some ppl aren't happy unless they're complaining. I guess sometimes you should pay attention to 1 star ratings. I'm not the only customer they refused a refund.
