Product shipping was very prompt, but only came with one 200 watt panel. ( supposed to be two) called Walmart and emailed BLUETTI. Had the second panel in two days.

great however with the panel shipping separately i would have liked to have received shipping and tracking info for it but it arrived no more then 2 days after
