There are no instructions for the item in the box. There is no customer service on weekends or 24 hours a day for technical support and instructions. Pillows are not thick, slide often, and cheap looking. The entire process of setting up a set was 5 hours due to cheap tools in the box and no instructions or videos or online support. Quality cheap some holes didn't line up correctly, screws were not numbered to match up with furniture pieces. The entire process was a puzzle. I had to figure out how to put it together. Will not purchase again from this company. Look forward to feedback from company.

Responsive so far to my communication of the issues. I was told in Monday they would ship the replacement pieces in 2 days but I received no tracking info so I have no idea if it shipped or when it will be delivered. It's now 6 days since I contacted them so fingers crossed.

My chair arrived fast in perfect condition! Easy to assemble; helpful if two people assemble it. Cushions were comfortable. Pretty cute, sturdy. Considering purchasing another! Very pleased.
