took 2 weeks to get here for something i could have purchased at a halloween store.

Bad business for sending the wrong color, Need to ensure all customers receive what they order without substituting to make a sale.

after 3 weeks they returned all but 2 cents and sent me a plastic keychain. Never received the dress

I had no information to reach out for a return. No bill of sale or purchase.was included in the package. So, I took it back to a Walmart store.

My lettering was slightly altered but I will attempt to get it fixed

Seller sends out used / returned clothing to customers who are paying for new items. On the positive side, the return went easy.

I was not happy when a week after purchase, I was never notified that the order had shipped. I attempted to cancel the order and was declined, stating that the order had shipped. The next day I was finally notified via my WalMart account that the order had shipped a week earlier. This company is NOT on the ball. Contacting this company and getting any information from them is not easy.

NEVER DELIVERED MY PACKAGE BUT STATED IT WAS DELIVERED ON A SUNDAY!?

Pro. Shipping was faster than expected. Con. Their sizing is not accurate. they run much smaller than expected.
