Everything seems to be in order. I am still exploring all the features. I bought through my Fetch app on Walmart.com. Midea popped up on Fetch, but I didn’t realize it was the mother company or distributor of Toshiba, so I may have missed my Fetch app points when I dismissed it. I really haven’t communicated with Midea per se.
