Well they where responding to emails the discount they offered feels less than satisfactory because it doesn't compensate me for my wasted time or for the price of reshipping this item to the correct address. Ultimately had they allowed me to drop this off at Walmart and did a full refund this would have been amazing customer service and I would had ordered from them again and given them all the stars. But instead I felt pressured at the last moment to just take their discount and have to be responsible for the wrong address myself which their discount helps with but doesn't fully cover the price of shipping it from Colorado to North Carolina.
