The safe door would not opened. I heard something inside the door making a sound. I turned the dafe in all directions and the door opened. One of the locking rods came loose. I opened the back of the safe door and found one %2313 bolt came loose. I took pictures and will go back to Walmart to request they take $100.00 or more off the price or I will return it for a full refund. It took me over 5 hours to just get the door open.

This item came from China so a review for this company is pointless.

Poor communications and took a long time for initial response.

I called Walmart and they are going to thankfully give us a %50 refund due to the issues we experienced.

Item was delivered as promised and the product meets all published specifications.

not issues with the seller. the item is not what i want.
