The boxes arrived intact but they were just banded together by plastic strapping material. i thought they would have been sent in a container of sorts but i guess they are rather large for that

Hello Rita! Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the boxes arrived intact. Due to the large size of these flat corrugated cartons, they are shipped securely bundled with industrial plastic strapping rather than inside an outer container, as this is the standard and safest method for oversized items during transit.
