Never received items ordered; reported on 1/14/26. I was promised a refund on 1/15/26. Still do not see the refund on 1/22/26. So, it's been 7 days. They said should come through in 3-10 days. I am wondering if I will ever get this refund. . . .

Product came late and cost was 50% higher then our past buys through Walmart.

Not sure whose fault it was, but the package arrived but had leaked all over the bottle and in the box, so much so it was put in another box before delivery. Can’t say it was the seller, but perhaps the packaged? Arrived later than expected also..
