Performance Plus Tire

Seller would not refund my rims even tho they were sold with free shipping and free returns. After the Mart got involved Performance said they’d refund only if I paid return shipping. I reminded them of the free returns then they ghosted me. Walmart got involved again and issued the refund, despite Performance Plus trying to avoid their responsibility. BEWARE!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They had some rims on sale then when they went to ship them conveniently they don’t have them and didn’t have an eta. Wanted to offer me some rims that were nothing like the ones I ordered or a refund. I asked how long it would be till they could send me the rims I ordered and were nothing but rude to me about it. You could tell they didn’t want to sell them to me at that price. Very rude and very unprofessional. Stay clear.

Worst buying/return process ever. Wheels were the wrong size-returned them - seller went silent. 2 months later and I am still waiting on my refund. Emailed this company many, many times - no reply. Called their number - no answer. I have filed a dispute through Walmart against this seller. Do not buy from Performance Plus Tire.

Not recommended I ordered 2 wheels and they gave me a fake tracking number and I never received my order disputed charges.

I returned the 4 wheels to Walmart as directed. Performance Plus has not refunded the money. wheels were the wrong fit.

Gotta say rims look very nice and the plus was that they arrived 2days earlier than expected

The seller had attached another tire to the one that I had ordered. I had to contact the seller to have it returned.

I need to just send them back for a smaller size. Those are seventeen I need sixteenth
