Book arrived in a flat package glued tight all around the book. Scissors could not cut it to gain access to the book! Had to use heavy duty garden shears to open the package. I have never seen such a ridiculous shipping package! What were they thinking! Never ordering from this seller again!

The shipping package was not strong. The book arrived with a fracture at the binding. I did not know how to communicate with the sender. The book has been taped with duct tape to keep it from tearing apart. They used a packaging bag that was not suitable for shipping an expensive book. I'll think twice about buying from them in the future.
