when bottles/shipment arrived, they were sticky, two bottles apeared to have less liquid, have not had NEHI Grape since I was a kid, (over sixty years ago) but they're tasting flat, not much carbonation, if any, maybe the memory is better than the soda

Hello~ This is just a big mess. I assume you have access to all of the correspondence. Because one of the packs of gum was not as pictured, I just wanted a refund for that pack. I got a letter from them saying it wasn’t their responsibility that the picture didn’t match the product (I disagree). Anyway, they did apologize, and because they gave no indication that it was going to be resolved as I thought it should have been, I contacted you. Sometime later, I received another entire order of all four types of gum, again with the wrong Teaberry. This came with an invoice for $8.99. I only found out later that they had refunded me $11.20 (?) because they hadn’t said anything to me about that in any email although they said they did. Also, I got a refund from Walmart for $.02. Two cents? I’m not sure what that’s about. Okay, so here’s where we are. I have gum, two orders in fact. I did get at least a partial refund (I believe I originally paid over $13 when all was said and done). I now apparently owe them $8.99, which I have no problem with. I just don’t know how to get them the money. HELP!

Everything was great except for the delivery agent.. FedEx in my area is terrible.. the driver threw the box my product was in about 15 feet.. it’s a good thing the seller did a great job of packing my order.. I will be buying from them again soon..

Misleading advertisement, using bogus picture of a stock photo. Items I received sucked! Instead of coming as described and SHOWN (in a factory sealed package) the items arrived loosely, in a standard cardboard shipping box. Although the Vanilla flavored items were dated for November of 2025, the other 3 flavors are dated a full year earlier. I have to feel as though they were OLD STOCK! Why was one version dated new and the others about to expire, the day I opened the shipment? These were going to be part of a raffle basket, for my church's Christmas fund-raising bazaar. Unfortunately, I can't with a good conscience, include EXPIRED items! (which they will be by the bazaar date of Dec. 7, since they are dated Dec. 6 2024) I'll also be complaining directly to Walmart, as this seller is doing a major disservice to them, by selling LEFT OVER JUNK, as NEW! Not only is 75% of this order going into my trash can, the 25% of it, that was dated as FRESH, is also a mess. Apparently, these items were not stored properly %26 at some point - heat deformed the contends %26 made a mess of the packaging - which is creating a major struggle, just to try removing the item from the packaging. Thanks for NOTHING, Crazy Pop Soda! I should've just bought this item on eBay, where I've found the sellers can be trusted.

A food item (Candy), that is sold simply rolled in an unsealed wax paper wrapper, was just placed in a cardboard box and put in a rural mailbox. Of course it was full of ants when I took it out of the mailbox. Totally ruined!
