Glamstore

This mascara is fake. My product was mostly empty and still fake. I was honest with their customer service in hope that they would look into it and remedy the situation, but they claimed that if the product is used, they cannot issue a refund. I had the product box and could have claimed that the product was not used. A seller who believes their product is not fake would at least offer an exchange and want my product back to see for themselves! I do not recommend this seller.

Even though the shipped it from England, I received my order within a week. Very happy with my purchase. Thank you so much. I will order from this seller again!

I would give negative stars if I could. Four weeks later I gave still not received. No communication from seller. So kuch for three day shipping. Di not buy from them. There ship on a phantom biat from CHINA.

Better to purchase the produce from Aveda as the Glamstore shipped the product from the United Kingdom and then Customs manhandled the product. Total rip off.

I feel the bottle was watered down. The scent is weak and the oil was thinner than my bottle purchased directly from Aveda. and has no benefit to my hair
