Product was misadvertised to include microsoft 365 essentials. when i contacted seller they responded quickly, which is why i gave them 2 stars instead of one. but they said it only came with a trial version. Thats not what was advertised. very dishonest if you ask me because i would not have purchased it if i had known it didn't have a licensed copy of microsoft office included. i included a picture of the advertisement with my product review. i can't add picture to this one.

Seller did send another network adapter but it didn't work. I suggest the seller test the Internet connection on their refurbished computers before they ship them out.

They offered it as "Restored Windows 11 Pro Dell OptiPlex 3020 Desktop Computer, Intel Corei5 Dual-core (2 Core)" It's Windows 10 and not compatible with Windows 11. False advertising! This company is NOT trustworthy.
