An absolute nightmare dealing with this company. Not only did they falsy advertise a 700 watt bike as a 1000 watt. They will refuse to take it back and Walmart can't do anything to help. Avoid this seller at all costs and buy another brand. You'll thank me later

I don’t like the fact that I’m buying a item from a different owner than Walmart. I paid for it in my Walmart app. A scooter was $500. I’ve had nothing but problems with it and Walmart won’t take it back and neither will the original company that sold it to me. I do not recommend anyone buying items on the Walmart app that has to do with other sellers. It is nothing but a big mess.

The listing is false advertisement. They claim it has a 16ah battery and goes 30mh but it really has a 12.5 ah battery and only goes 28mh. Just terrible service

it just feels like the platform is too small when it can hold up to 350 lbs.

A really high quality and decent scooter. Made from strong and high quality material. Easy to assemble. There is a lack of complete instructions and settings for the on-board computer. The 12.5 Ah battery (although I would like it to be 16 Ah as indicated) holds a charge well.
