Poor packaging. They didn’t put the item in a shipping box so it came in the manufacturer’s with no protection. It’s a fragile item too so of course the box got beat up and the item damaged. I even requested it to be packaged well knowing how fragile it is and was reassured but they still didn’t do anything. Luckily I can return it at the store.

The item heading had size 1xl listed. When I received the item I went back and noticed lower down in the item description said xl. It’s deceiving advertising. I needed a 1xl.

Recibi muy buena atención y servicio por parte del vendedor o empresa que me vendió y envio la fragancia, apesar de que inicialmente iba a realizar una devolución porque el articulo lo había comprado en otro lugar y a mejor precio, decidí quedarmelo por el trato que me dio el vendedor siempre fue con el mejor apoyo en asesorarme de como devolver su producto sin problema alguno y sobretodo sin haberse molestado y realmente eso hizo que decidiera quedarme con el articulo sin importar tener que repetir la fragancia, ya que el perfume huele riquísimo independientemente de no tener la proyeccion que yo esperaba, la usaré como Colonia y por último recomiendo ampliamente al Vendedor
