My last screen from this seller lasted 3 years!! I'm hoping the quality is same now. It appears to be even better made. This is over my sliding door which is my front door for my trailer, there's quite a bit of foot traffic through this screen. I doesn't tear and magnets are very strong keeps screen closed and bugs out!!! I highly recommend this screen for any entrance/exits in your home. Price cannot be beat for value and quality of product
