My experience-NEVER BUY FROM THEM... They are in the UK and are selling cheap items. The Valentino bag lettering went black and pitted on the metal links. I contacted the company, and it took forever to respond. They finally did and asked for pictures of the item which I sent 3 times to them, and one time said sneakers. This company finally sent a label to return the bag. I did and then they said it was an empty package. It was a nightmare to deal with them and the items went bad in 3 months. I am out of a bag and no refund!!!
