Absolutely furious that this cross, purchased as a gift, was not even SHIPPED until two days after it had been promised to ARRIVE at time of order. I had to travel hundreds of miles to the anniversary party. Someday, should I be lucky to live so long, I hope to see the gift that I had to pay extra to trans-ship to the couple. It didn't show up until after the event was over and I was back home.
This caused me great embarrassment since I'm now on a fixed income and didn't have the resources to just go out and shop for something else. The cross finally arrived in a box not much bigger than one bank checks are shipped in. It's deceptive that the sizes of the "Medium" and "Large" sizes are ONLY listed on the more expensive one. Likely a "Small" would make a suitable lapel pin? The box was sealed and I couldn't even inspect it before sending it back out without it having appeared as a return.
Only if I ever make it back to their home will I be able to see IF it, and the time spent trying to expedite it (the company was utterly unresponsive) after learning that it could arrive late, were worth it. That time alone cost more than the cross itself. Had the company only responded immediately to those attempts, it could have easily been shipped by another method to have arrived in time. Instead, I had to watch it just sit there awaiting pickup with no further way to intervene. It was two days later AGAIN than promised the SECOND time, both departing and arriving. Absolutely furious. I'd give a zero if I could, and I'm a Christian minister.
