WANAI the Seller behaved responsible in that they knew the life span of the fridge and its integrity destroyed prior to delivery. taking pictures of the box impressions, where the dollie’s indented into the base of the door separating the front from the inside. Just like when my brand new three door was delivered for my kitchen with dents and stuff the company offered a refund of a fair amount. a fifteen dolllar thermostat keeps me on target with the WANAI. it’s a beautiful model nice and lightweight very well packed there were metal L bars down the sides. great company will do business again with them.

Nonexistent, can't reach the seller at all. Tried multiple times to contact them from the Purchase History link which I was instructed to do by my local Walmart. Every time I try to contact them I get the following message: "Sorry! We're having technical issues. We're working on fixing it. Please try again later. " I've been trying to two weeks. Do not buy from this seller!

I didn’t need to communicate with seller, but I will say it was packed very well and she has too bad that the delivery with FedEx doesn’t pay attention to the words do not turn upside down but it worked fine. No problems.!!
