I got two of their shelves and one in good condition and the other was a bit busted and missing some pieces (probably due to rough shipping) so I sent them a message and they were supposed to get back to me within 48 hours and it's probably been five days. So not too impressed with response time is all. I'll just return the item and see if I'm can get another bit I only really need some small connector pieces to make it all work.) oh well 🤷 there's that.
