Exactly as promised. Slight delay in delivery thru no fault of seller. Bad weather delayed delivery.

They were super quick at responding and helping me track down a lost package. They told me they would look into and that regardless of if they found any thing they would be reaching back out within 48 hours, which made me feel like they actually were trying to find out info and like they were taking responsibility. I appreciate that they actually followed through on that promise as well!

Shipment got lost and look an extra week or so to arrive. So, maybe 2 full weeks from ordering to deliver. Not terrible. Still very very pelased!

Puzzles received in a reasonable amount of time. Email communication updates along the way!

Excellent customer service, quick response to email contact. Resolved the problem with the post office quickly and I got the nutcracker in time for the holiday.

I haven’t opened this puzzle yet but I’m reviewing it before my time is up. I’m currently putting together the other puzzle purchased from them with defective pieces. If I would have read their reviews on puzzles I never would have purchased from them. Evidently they sell defective puzzles at high prices. Walmart should remove this seller!!!

Ordering and getting it were easy to do. No problems at all.
