I placed an order for a qty of 2 two packs. I received one. I asked for the 2nd to be sent, the shipper said they'd do a partial refund. I ordered 1 more two pack. And I got 1, not a 2 pack. And I never got my partial refund from the first screw up. They can't get it right, and don't make it right when they get it wrong.
