Incredibly low quality product. Not only did this item come damaged upon arrival, their direct support email took a week to respond, only to tell me to purchase another product so i could fix it myself. I tried returning the item to Walmart for a refund, but apparently that's not possible since it's a "firearm." I was faced with no other options but to lose $40 on a cheap hunk of plastic. DO NOT BUY

Seller appears to be running a scam. I ordered 2 Unlocx Gel Blasters. The order was sent in 2 shipments. The first shipment arrived and was one of the expected gel blasters. The second shipment was 2 bags of bean bag refill beads, not the second gel blaster. I've attempted to contact the seller multiple times to resolve the issue, but have resceived no response. In addition, I received a random valuless package in between shipments that I did not order. This appears to be an item used in a brushing scam (used to boost reviews for the seller). Hoping that Walmart will fo something to correct the issue.
