Loved the charger plates, but of the 8 plates 4 was broken, so disappointed considering the price I paid. Not sure how to contact seller other than here. Joan Seaton

It was delivered early and packaging was very secure. The entire package came in one piece and no chips or cracks.

I almost purchased this directly from Jay but the item was not available direct so I went through Walmart. Either way, I'd love to some replacement parts (spigot/valves) and give it a final go.

I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered these chargers to use at a theme dinner party I’m giving in a few days. They were supposed to be sets of 4 but they were sets of 2 instead. They are available individually on the Walmart website but cost 3 times as much as the sets of 4 were supposed to cost. Walmart would not send me additional chargers to make up what I was missing even though they were available. I purchased 4 extra so I even suggested that they just send me 2 extra to get what I need and refund the cost of one set. The only option they gave me was to give me a refund and make me start over at 3 times the cost plus expedited shipping. It is too late for me to find similar anyplace else now unless I pay expedited shipping if I could even find them. I wasted 45 minutes on the phone with them part of which was waiting to talk to a supervisor who wasn’t much of a supervisor if he could only spout back exactly the same as the first person. They could make this right and other businesses would do so but they wouldn’t fix the problem. I was given a choice of being trapped at home waiting for a pickup or driving 30 minutes to drop them off. This was my first order from Walmart and it will be my last. They cheated me and wouldn’t fix it. Don’t ever do business with them.
