Box is extremely damaged! One end of the box is totally missing and the other end is opened. The instruction manual was hanging out of the opened end of the box. Item has dirt on it! I don’t know is Fed Ex caused the condition to the packaging or if it was shipped in this condition. Like the color and delivery was prompt but looks like a return or replacement is necessary!

Item came quickly, not sure if the description waa totally accurate, as the umbrella is very thin., but for the price, the description was pretty close.

I guess with some of online shopping problems this transaction went very well. I got it in a timely manner with no damage,a friendly driver. It was exactly what i ordered!

it is a very heavy duty umbrella which is awesome, so be sure to get a stand that can hold the weight without toppling over!

Great umbrellas ! Quality of material and sturdiness. They have been thru many windy days and storms. Still red and standing.

Sent the completely wrong item- not what I ordered. Ordered striped umbrella as photographed and received an ugly light blue umbrella

Stays in good shape - slightly small but then it's easier to stay in its base when we have bad winds.

Item arrived in good condition and packaged well. Instructions clear and easy to put together.

The only problem was the base holder came incomplete but was satisfying resolved by wall-mart customer service.
