Seller is responsible to their customers for honest employees and excellent quality products. The package of Pokemon cards I purchased were opened prior to shipment. This is unacceptable. I am an unhappy customer.

This seller is a jerk. No way around it. Yes, he sent me the right number of cards, but sent multiple of the same Pokemon. Had 10 of the exact same card all in order. That’s a jerk thing to do when selling cards. Don’t buy from them. Anyone decent would try and not send multiple of the same, this seller purposefully sent multiple of the same. Literally stacked all together. Pathetic. Hope they go out of business and Walmart drops them.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered in November as a Christmas gift, delivery was to be Dec10th - item did not arrive. I reached out multiple times with no response from the seller. Item was still not delivered by Christmas so I reached out again requesting a refund - no response. I just received a notice on Feb21st that my item was delivered, but it was not. I will never order from this seller again.

First I had to go building to building looking for the package which is the deliver problem. Second I bought them for my nephew who couldn't wait to get them. In two words they were a scam and fake. Disappoint is nothing to being mad. I know these personal sellers does not ship like Wal-Mart's does I will not buy from him anymore.

The item was shipped extremely late, well after the supposed arrival date. I contacted the seller twice, no response at all. I had Walmart contact the seller, and to my knowledge they got no response either. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY. If I could give zero stars I would. They were cheap for a reason.
