While the belts are quality products, one came with a buckle and one did not. I ordered these on January 1. I contacted the seller through Walmart.com. I was not able to see their reply, so did a chat with Walmart.com who said the seller asked if I wanted the buckle, or a partial or full refund. I want the buckle. I contacted Walmart.com a second time. The seller had said they could send the buckle. I have yet to receive it. I called the number that Walmart.com sent me but no one answered and I did not want to leave a message. I did email them two days ago with the email provided but have not gotten a response. I'm not sure why it's this difficult to get a missing part to my order.
